Our TES drying systems will have your property desert-dry in record time!

Allkare provides emergency drying solutions for residential and commercial properties following a flood. Known as TES our unique water damage industrial drying equipment will dry most jobs in 30 hours or less.

TES - Thermal Energy System

TES™ (Thermal Energy System) accelerates the drying process to levels never before achieved. TES utilizes the "Reets Evaporation Method" which combines controlled heat and air flow to cause high-speed evaporation which dramatically improves the thermal drying process.

How does TES work?

The TES power plant generates a high temperature in a unique heat-exchange fluid. The fluid is then transferred using a high-volume pump through specially-designed insulated hoses to a Thermal Exchange (TEX) Box.

The TEX Thermal Exchanger receives the heated fluid and directs its energy (by air movers) to the wet areas, resulting in rapid evaporation. Thermostatically controlled evacuation is an important element of rapid drying. As temperature and humidity build in the damaged area, a fan is regulated to evacuate saturated air to the outside. This process can be complimented with dehumidifiers and evaporative air-handling systems.

Our Mold Services

Allkare use a variety of methods to remediate materials and furnishings damaged by moisture control problems and mold growth. The specific method or group of mold remediation methods used will depend on the type of material affected in your property.

Mold Removal

Moisture is the most important factor in mold remediation as this factor is the most controllable. To fix your mold problem Allkare will correct the moisture problem and remove moldy and contaminated materials to prevent human exposure and further damage to your property.

Household Sewage

When a building is contaminated with sewage backing up from the septic lines or flooding of a building occurs that involves sewage or a heavy load of organic matter, as in the case of river flooding, a serious threat to human health exists. Without appropriate action, extensive damage to material will occur immediately or in time. A quick response will prevent extensive permeation and contamination of absorbent (hygroscopic) materials such as wood, gypsum, paper and concrete to occur. Any penetration with water and organic matter leads to the growth of potentially disease-causing (or opportunistic) microorganisms. In assessing every sewage remediation project Allkare proceeds under the assumption that potential pathogens are present in the contamination. Of major concern are the survival of sewage-borne micro flora (viral, bacteria, fungal, parasitic) and their potential transmission to humans. In establishing a Protocol for mitigation
