CD duplication is the process of copying a CD by burning the data onto the blank compact disk. The process is also known as CD production. The CDs used in the CD duplication process are known known as CDRs. The CDRs are short for Compact Disk Recordable and come as blank CDs that can be written to. CDRs, used in the CD production process, are suitable for storing all types of data including multimedia, such as text, images, sound, film and animation.
