If you suspect that your premises may contain asbestos, call AllKare Asbestos Removal to arrange a site visit for domestic asbestos removal or commercial asbestos removal where we will take suitable samples for asbestos testing and advise you on any necessary course of action. We will arrange an analysis of your sample in an approved asbestos testing services laboratory and get the results back to you within 48-72 hours. We work with some of the UK's largest and most reliable asbestos testing laboratories, who are all UKAS approved, so you can be 100% confident that your result will be accurate. Need an asbestos removal contractor in a hurry? We can usually attend sites within 48 hours and possibly even the same day. All of our staff are qualified asbestos surveyors and highly experienced in safely removing asbestos samples for analysis. The cost, including our attendance at site starts from just £175 plus a small nominal charge per sample tested. Under these regulations, the person responsible for the building is required to manage the risk from asbestos by: Identifying asbestos containing materials within the premises and assessing their condition Presuming materials
contain asbestos unless there is strong evidence that they do not Maintaining an up to date record of the location and condition of the asbestos containing materials and presumed asbestos containing materials within the premises Assessing the risk
from the material Preparing and implementing
a plan detailing how the risk from asbestos containing materials is
to be managed Reviewing and monitoring
the asbestos management plan Providing information
on the location and condition of asbestos containing materials to anyone
liable to work on or disturb them Because asbestos was used in such a vast range of materials, it is virtually impossible to know whether any risk is present without accurate testing Asbestos

Designs produces fine quality, maintenance free, traditionally styled
timber outbuildings, erected by our own team of craftsmen in just a
few days.
Single
Storey Timber Buildings offering a high pitch for tall vehicles,
multiple-bay options are constructed with no intrusive internal posts,
so the full width and height can be utilised throughout for maximum
garaging, storage or work space. All buildings can be converted to stables.
Two
Storey Timber Buildings, very spacious ground floor fitted out
for domestic use, allows maximum use of the full internal height and
more uninterrupted space. Roof lights, dormer windows and glazed door
are available as optional extras for additional natural light. As standard
these buildings have an external staircase at either gable end with
open tread stairs, solid newel posts and square balustrades. Internal
stairs may be specified as an optional extra. Balconies can be widened
or extended and entry can be via the gable end or a dormer door..
Lofted
Timber Outbuildings. Making full use of the roof space
by eliminating trusses and enlarging the rafters in a single-storey
building, we have created an extremely spacious first floor, accessed
by external or internal staircase, or ladder with trap door. The interior
can be sub-divided, lined and insulated by others. The optional additions
of dormer windows, Velux or specialist rooflights ensure the loft is
light and airy.
Timber
Built Courtyards. Design your own unique timber courtyard by
linking a combination of single, lofted or two storey buildings. It
is simple to mix any combination of Courtyard Designs' range of outbuildings,
combine two or more buildings of the same or differing heights. Your
timber courtyard building will be fully treated and maintenance free.

for year-round use - for example additional accommodation, a summer
room, an office, a studio, a gym, a games room, a party room, billiard
room or a drummer's den! In order to meet the usual Building Regulations
for heating and ventilation, some of the specifications of our outbuildings
need to be upgraded to allow your local builder to easily fit out your
Garden Barn. (We do not offer a wiring, insulating and lining service).
Timber

meets the needs of the user and will last for a very long time without
requiring any maintenance. Flexibility: all wall panels are of uniform
size and windows, available in three sizes and four glazing styles,
can be put in any of the panels with the door and porch in any corner.
Security: all wall panels are integrally reinforced with metal grid
mesh and windows and doors, double glazed, are fitted with insurance-approved
security locks and catches. Internal Finish: all buildings are fully
insulated, lined and decorated, and are complete with ample power points,
down lights and telephone and heater sockets. Traditional Roof: all
roofs are properly constructed without sectional joints and are tiled
with reclaimed clay tiles or slate, dressed with lead and can be 40°
or 35° pitch. Footings: all offices have an integral, insulated
floor designed to allow ample air flow above a simple concrete pad (by
others). Planning Permission: not normally required. When it is required

in to ensure a light, warm, secure, fully wired and decorated building
that you can use from the moment we have completed its installation.
Timber
Pavilions. The Pavilions are specially designed to meet the
requirements of discerning public authorities, sports and country clubs,
schools, colleges and private homes. The three standard sizes, often
extended and adapted for individual requirements, are traditionally
designed with steps to a full length verandah, glazed windows and French
doors and include a suspended floor. Optional additions, such as a central
porch, disabled ramp, clock tower, shutters, extra doors and windows
are available. Internal finishing is often done by members and their
friends.
